Gary Bennett

President and Chief Executive Officer

Possessing a wide range of business expertise, Gary Bennett serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of iNation, Inc., that has developed a new proprietary software product called NationBuilder, launched January 2005.

Prior to joining iNation, Inc., Gary served as Chief Information Officer of VistaCare, Inc., a Scottsdale, Arizona based provider of hospice care facilities located throughout the United States. There he played a key role in a variety of business functions. He was responsible for the development of several multi-million-dollar software development projects and deployments that played important roles in the company's 30 to 40 percent growth for five consecutive years, leading to one of Wall Street's most successful IPO's launched in December 2002. He was also credited with the design and implementation of several other business initiatives related to business integration and support relations with strategic partners, facilities management, and the development of a private communications network for the company.

Previously, Gary served as President of hWnd, Inc., where he developed a variety of software and application systems for Advanced PCS of Scottsdale, IBM and AEC Express.

Gary also held positions with Arizona Public Service and GTE Health Systems, after serving for 10 years as a nuclear power engineer for the U.S. Navy on a fast attack and ballistic missile submarine, responsible for chemistry and radiological operations for the ship's nuclear reactor.

Gary currently serves as a Board Member of Healing Hands for Haiti, a charitable organization offering education and clinical services in Haiti.

A graduate of Chapman University in Orange, California, with a B.S. in Computer Science, Gary and his wife, Stefanie, reside in Scottsdale with their four children.

Matt Hall

Chief Technology Officer

Chief Technology Officer Matt Hall comes to iNation with a broad technology background combined with 22 years experience in the field of Information Technology. Prior to iNation, Matt has worked in Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Securities, Software, and Public Sector industries; giving him a uniquely broad perspective on technology. He has led large-scale application development projects, organization-wide ERP systems, IT Operations and performed in an IT executive capacity.

Matt recently served in a VP capacity in IT for a public healthcare service company. In that role he co-invented a technology platform that was rolled out nationwide, utilizing web architecture to perform patient referral, signup, care and billing. Matt has also overseen large-scale ERP applications, customized organization specific applications, and in many other areas of technology.

He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in business. He and his wife Kim, reside in Scottsdale, Arizona with three children.

Arnold Jee

Vice President, Applications Development

Arnold Jee brings more than 9 years of experience in application development to iNation, with exceptional skills in creating strategic initiatives in software development, managing large scale projects, implementing software solutions throughout an enterprise, and establishing the infrastructure of a Software Development division. He has specialized in creating and initiating software programs in the healthcare systems and financial institutions.

His professional career has been highlighted by his positions as Director, Applications Development at VistaCare, Inc., a Scottsdale, Arizona based provider of hospice care facilities located throughout the United States. He led as well as defined the vision of software development on numerous development projects and deployments that included: Online Transaction Processing Patient Enrollment System, Compliance, Data Warehouse Reporting, Sales Tracking Reporting, and Billing System to generate/receive revenue from Medicare/Medicaid through HIPPA compliant electronic data transfers.

Previously, Arnold was a Senior Programmer Analyst at Advanced PCS of Scottsdale, Arizona. His responsibilities included developing client server solutions that integrated with backend IBM mainframes as well as production support on 24x7 Call Center department.

A graduate of University of Arizona, Tucson, Arnold and his wife, Carol, reside in Chandler with their two children.
